JAKSON DG SETS
How Diesel Fuel Works The diesel fuel/air mix forms a vortex in the air/fuel mixture. Which produces gas-air compression when the nozzle is opened. Diesel is said to be able to go faster for a longer distance at lower fuel consumption than gasoline. Since diesel is a combustionless fuel, the vehicle's fuel consumption is drastically reduced with almost no vapor release, making it a very efficient fuel. But the challenge of owning a diesel car is due to the sluggish transmission which takes at least 15 seconds for shifting
JAKSON DG SETS The role of the JAKSON DG SETS is to prevent the diesel fuel from going into the cylinders during the compression stroke. This includes the inner engine compartments as well. The Injection system of the DG set is hooked up to a high-pressure fuel pump, which pumps air into the cylinders from the main fuel pump. This is how DG sets work The exhaust system of the DG set is the compressor with a blower that operates at 1800RPM. The compressor is mounted on the diesel pump for the A/C and AC compressors. What you may be thinking The diesel fuel will not be being consumed in the engine during the compression stroke. Yes, there is a little problem with this, but this is overcome with the JAKSON DG PUMP BLOWING IN THE Cylinder.
