JAKSON GENERATING SETS

is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs) in India for Cummins India Limited, the global leaders in the design, manufacture, distribution and servicing of diesel engines.

We engage in the manufacturing, marketing, supply, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) for a wide range of DG sets, with capacities from 7.5 kVA to 2750 kVA.

In addition, we design and manufacture VHHP (above 750 kVA) sound attenuated containerized DG sets that are portable, simple to install and ready to use (RTU) plug-and-play.

We source the engines and alternators of our diesel generator sets from Cummins. All other required peripherals to make a complete generator set are manufactured and assembled by us in-house.

These include control panels, customized synchronizing panels, base frames, fuel tanks, acoustic enclosure and room acoustic materials, etc. We have catered to customers from Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and the union territories of Pondicherry and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

LHP (7.5 kVA to 70 kVA)

We manufacture lower horsepower (LHP) generator sets.

PURPOSE/PROVISION : Emergency back-up and Prime Power Application where the grid supply is not available.

APPLICATIONS : Residential buildings, farm houses, telecom towers, restaurants, border areas, security perimeters, small workshops, fast food chains and temporary power requirements.

MHP (82.5 kVA to 320 kVA)

We manufacture medium horsepower (MHP) generator sets.

PURPOSE/PROVISION : Emergency back-up, critical continuous processes, construction activities and offsite applications and prime power application.

APPLICATIONS : Infrastructure, quarries, railway stations, manufacturing units, telephone exchanges, medium scale industries, residential and commercial buildings, BPOs, hospitals, agricultural farms, horticulture farms, etc.

We manufacture high horsepower (HHP) generator sets.

PURPOSE/PROVISION : Critical standby duty in emergency situations during breakdowns or peak saving and prime power where the mains are unreliable .

APPLICATIONS : Healthcare, mining, large scale manufacture, water as well as waste water treatment plants, government facilities, large commercial buildings, large realty projects, etc.

Our HHP generator sets are controlled by the Power Command digital control technology that integrates with other components of the overall power system and can be easily configured to meet the power generation requirements of global customers. CONTAINERIZED GENERATOR SETS

Powerica manufactures containerized DG sets primarily for rental customers who need to regularly move generators from site-to-site. Our containerized DG sets are available starting from 750kVA to 2000kVA and are now popular installations in various service industries located in metro cities. These DG sets can be installed in open areas without consuming the FSI of the structure solving the routine problem of space constraints for urban installations.
